Mike Flint
Mike is the President of Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy and Mallatt Pharmacy and Costume; in 1980 he began working at the latter, located in Madison, while attending the University of Wisconsin Pharmacy School. Mike was licensed as a pharmacist in 1981 and subsequently purchased Mallatt Pharmacy from Bill Mallatt in 1992. In 2003 his business expanded into the long term care industry when he created a new entity: Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy. Currently, he works as a pharmacist and oversees operations in each facility.
Mike is extremely active in the pharmacy profession and has garnered numerous awards for his efforts, having received the Young Pharmacist of Wisconsin Award in 1981 and the Innovative Pharmacy Practice in Wisconsin Award in 2006. He is constantly advocating for pharmacy and other health care professions at both the federal and state levels. In 2006 Mike received the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin Government Affairs Award. Both Mallatt pharmacies--retail and long term care--have been recognized nationally for their unique brands of patient care.

Kyle Atkinson
Kyle is a staff pharmacist at Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy and also is our Director of Long Term Care Pharmacists. He graduated in 2008 with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and started off his career in retail pharmacy. After completing an eight week pharmacy rotation as an intern with Mallatt's, Kyle found that he enjoyed the challenges presented to a long term care pharmacist. He made the decision to work for Mallatt's and has been with the pharmacy since his graduation in the spring of 2008. - KyleA@mallatts.com

Matt Hannon
Matt has been with Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy since the fall of 2000 and is presently the lead pharmacist in the Homecare Division. He graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2004 and has been instrumental in developing and expanding Mallatt's medication box delivery program, which is designed for individuals who are not quite ready to move into an assisted living facility; thus, they are able to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Another area of expertise for Matt is Clozapine management, allowing him to review, research and recommend individualized patient regimens. - MattH@mallatts.com

Jane Wiesler
Having earned her degree from Rutgers College of Pharmacy in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Jane has now been employed at Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy for four years. In addition to clinical research, her background includes both hospital and long term care pharmacy experience. A native of New Jersey, Jane currently resides in Waunakee, Wisconsin with her husband Paul and two sons, Paul and Tommy. - JaneW@ mallatts.com

Nicole Dengel
Nicole graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2006 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She began her career in retail pharmacy in 1999 as a pharmacy technician. Nicole came to Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy as a pharmacist in 2008 and she is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, and the American Pharmacists Association. She became a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist in July, 2010. - NicoleD@mallatts.com

Kathy Kiehn
Kathy works at Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy as an on-site staff pharmacist and as a consultant pharmacist. A third generation pharmacist from Pennsylvania, Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 1993. Kathy's work experience includes retail pharmacy and long term care pharmacy.
Kathy joined the Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy team in September of 2008. She devotes her time to providing the best possible service to our patients.
Kathy is the proud mother of two great boys. Needless to say, her "free" time is spent running her sons from one event to another. - KathyK@mallatts.com

Jared Morrow
Jared graduated from Midwestern University: Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2010 with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He began working for Mallatt's in the fall of 2005 as a pharmacy technician, followed by summer seasonal help in subsequent years. Jared also had retail pharmacy experience while attending pharmacy school in Chicago. His decision to work as a staff pharmacist for Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy stems from the positive experiences he gained as a technician and he strives to continually help the company grow and move in a positive direction. - JaredM@mallatts.com
